Cancellation Policy 1. If the harbour master does not give clearance for departure, the guests have a choice of full refund or reschedule. 2. If it’s raining heavily morning of departure, we will wait out 1 hour max, if it still rains heavily, you can either reschedule or get a full refund. But if it’s only drizzling, we will still depart coz rain usually lasts about 5-15 mins max out there. 3. If your flight has been cancelled/rescheduled by the airlines (proof of documents needed), and no subsitute flight(flights to LBJ) has been given to make the tour, guests are allowed a full refund or reschedule. 4. If guests are Covid positive, they are allowed for full refund/reschedule (proof of PCR test needed) 5. Other than the above, no cancellation/rescheduling is allowed 2 weeks prior to departure. Full payments will still be collected
